About Me

Kevin is a Manatee County native with a background in international sales and real estate investing. He values relationships, culture, and memories. Even though global interactions are an essential part of his practice, some of his best networks, opportunities, and lifelong associations have been found right here in his hometown.

He first received his real estate license in the mid-1970s placing him in the forefront of local real estate experts. He also keeps abreast of real estate trends through his affiliation with Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists (CLHMS) Million Dollar Guild which is an international network of real estate professionals with proven expertise in the luxury market.

The Sarasota/Bradenton area has much to offer. Known as Florida’s Cultural Center, the area has over ten theatre organizations; an opera company; three symphonies; ballet companies; the Sarasota Film Society with two locations for viewing independent cinema; numerous colleges; arts, historical and science museums – something for everybody! And, of course, outdoor activities and sports: over 75 golf courses, everything associated with water, including Nathan Benderson Park where international rowing championships take place and Olympic trials are held; professional polo; MLB spring training teams; BMX biking; skateboarding and plenty more. Our newest park in development, The Bay Sarasota, is next to downtown and will include open space, a mangrove bayou, a living shoreline, kayak launch and walking paths including a Sunset Boardwalk. Attention is being paid to the ecological restoration and environmental sustainability of the shoreline. This development also includes residential and neighborhood commercial development on its 53-acre site.
