Home Prices Going Up?

My team and I were just discussing in our office this week how pent up demand caused a busy 2013 then it flattened out. Now inventory is low. Prices are expected to increase this next round. It is a great time to buy because prices are remaining affordable. It’s also a great time to sell because there is still strong demand and not enough inventory.
